Lubricant for High Density Mud
Product Description
REP-1 is made from mineral oil, vegetable oil, extreme pressure additive and surface active agent. It could improve the lubricity property of drilling fluids under the high temperature and high salinity. It is excellent EP lubricant. Its recommend dosage is 2.0-3.0% (v/v).

Features
Good lubricating property to be used in directional, horizontal and other complex wells.
Perform well up to 180 ℃, can be applied in deep wells or ultra-deep wells.
Reasonable salt resistance, can be applied in freshwater, saltwater, saturated saltwater and seawater drilling fluids.
Perform better lubricating property under high-density and high solid content condition, applicable to maintain lubricity of high density drilling fluids.
Package and Storage
It is a liquid packaged in 5 gal cans and 55 gal drums. International packaging may vary. And they shall be stored in a shady and dry place with good ventilation.
Safety
They shall be avoided contact with eyes, skins and clothes, otherwise flush it with water. Handling methods and dangerous data shall be referred to MSDS.
