Description
1.  This product white or light yellow powder, and formed by acrylic amide It is a highly effective encapsulator. 

2.  It can control shale hydration and enhance mud viscosity of drilling fluid, and has good water solubility.

Usage & Dosage

1.  This product can be used into all types of water based drilling fluid. It performs well in salt water (even in saturated salt water). 

2.  Suggested dosage is 0.1-0.3%. 

Package 

1.  The product is usually kept in multi-wall bags with inner polythene layer, and net weight of each bag is 25kg. 

2.  Every 20-feet container can hold16-18tons if add the tray.

Storage 

1. The product should be kept in shady, dry and ventilated warehouse where environment

temperature is controlled below 122F and relative humidity is under 50%. 

2. It should be prevented from sun and rain, and positioned in some place away from heat and   

fire; the recommendation for bag piles is no more than 8 layers.

3. The expiration period is 12 months. 

Safety

1.  Avoid contacting with eyes, skin and clothing. Otherwise, wash with a flush of water.
