Description

1. This product is in form of black powder. 

2. It is water-soluble and a type of poly-anionic modified sulfonated asphalt. 

3. It can also block stratum cracks, prevent shale from collapsing and inhibit shale hydration. 

4. Meanwhile it has better performance in the higher temperature, it is an ideal product as lubricating, emulsifier and fluid loss reducing agent. 

5.  It can be used in water-based fluid drilling system and it is similar to SOLTEX.

Usage & Dosage 

1. This product can be used in all types of water-based drilling fluid system, and it can be added directly as a powder or into water solution. 

2. Suggested dosage is 2.0-3.0%. 

Package

1. The product is usually kept in multi-wall bags with polythene layer inner, and net weight of each bag is 25 kg, it should be kept in shady, dry and ventilated warehouse.

2. Every 20-feet container can hold 20tons or 21tons. 

Storage

1. The product should be kept in shady, dry and ventilated warehouse where environment temperature is controlled below 122F and relative humidity is under 50%. 

2. It should be prevented from sun and rain, and positioned in a place away from heat and fire; the recommendation for bag piles is no more than 8 layers.

3. The expiration period is 12 months. 

Safety

1.  Avoid contacting with eyes, skin and clothing. Otherwise, wash with a flush of water.
